Bitter Orange Tea symbolizes the Hakka people's values of being thrifty and resourceful. Infusing tea leaves make the tea with Tiger Head Kumquat and is then subject to a unique Taiwanese process of nine steams and nine sun-drying sessions to create the exclusive pressed tea. This tea has a warm, rich kumquat flavor and the fragrant essence of tea leaves.
